transfer from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to SH-Pu Dong

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am travelling to Delhi from Tokyo and I have a connecting flight in SH.
I would like to know best option to make a easy transfer from SH Hongqiao International Airport (Terminal 1) to SH-Pu Dong (Terminal 1) without any hassle because connecting time is about 4 hours.
Could you please recommend me some convenient way to make a easy transfer?
Does shuttle bus have some specific time table and how can I get it from SH Hongqiao International Airport (Terminal 1)
