rule for 72 hours visa at Guangzhou airport, is 72 hours starts from midnight of arrival date?

It is calculated by starting from the middle night the next day of the traveler's entry.
If you reach on March 8 and the visa exemption limit for entry is calculated by starting at 00:00 on March 9. Hope it is clear for you.
