My parcel status is same for last 15 days!!! Plz help

Hi... I suppose to receive a parcel from china few days back but i haven't received anything yet..the tracking number i am provided with is showing same status from last 15 days (export custom scans- 30-03-2014). Thats very long time. I tried to contact seller and china post both but no luck. Can someone please help.

Don't worry, Binny. Once your parcel was sent out of China, there wouldn't be further updates. You may wait for one more week and see if you will have it.

Thanks Maria. But in other cases it says sent to airline but in my case its stuck at just one status.
