About:Tibet Travel

A Taiwanese with a Tibet travel group. Could I apply for Tibet travel permit at Beijing airport?

You must refer to the Tbt Entry Permit. As I know, you have to apply for that through a Chinese travel agency. BTW, for your visit, China Visa is needed as well!
