X2 Visa, criminal record

I am from New Zealand and applying for a X type to China for a month and I have a DUI charge from 6 years ago, I'm just wondering how this will effect my chances of being granted my X type? Its a minor charge and a traffic offense so I'm unsure if it is going to be a problem?

Hi, as I know, criminal record is not required for short term student X application.
