What is the best recommended mode of transport from Huangshan to Shanghai? By bus or train?

What is the frequency and how long does it take?

I think the direct bus is the best method from the mountain to SH.
The buses from HS Bus Station (just at the scenic spot instead of Tunxi District in HS city) are at 7:20, 15:00, 15:30 and 17:00 and the bus fare is around 148RMB per adult. The bus takes about 6 to 7 hours.
