If you want to the fastest method, you need to take a bus from Leshan to chengdu and fly to LJ.
If you want to the cheap methods, you can take the only one train, K9483 to Panzhihua from Leshan. Then from Panzhihua General Bus Station, there are 8 buses for LJ from 07:00 to 13:00. The bus journey takes about 7 hours.0
