I am in Melbourne Australia, my HKSAR passport is due to expire in a few months, I am submitting my passport renewal application in person, which office should i go ?
Is it (a) the Chinese Visa Application Centre CVASC at 570 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004,
or (b) the Consular office at 534 Toorak Road, Toorak VIC 3142??
