Hi, you have to submit your application for residence permit within 30 days after entry. Otherwise you will overstay in China.

Thanks for the reply. What if the Duration of Stay in my visa is 60days and we apply for the residence permit in my 37th day? Does it means that I am already 7days overstay?

Regards

You mean you have a S1 with the duration of 60 days each entry? I don'' think it is correct because generally S1 will be issued with "000" as the duration of stay. Please check it again if it is S2?
