I helped you to check it. The train D5115 leaves CQ North at 12:22 and D5113 leaves at 11:50 on the official website of China Train and the result is the same as the information I found on this website. The train leave at 13:02 is D5117. Are you sure that you check the train schedule on this site?
So I think something maybe wrong with your searching process or some other problem. I suggest you to recheck it again.

In my opinion, I suggest you to take the train D5117 at around 13:02.
From the airport, you can take the local subway line 3 to reach north railway station directly in about 50 minutes.
