I saw you said you want to see the sunrise, right? If so, the time is not enough and you even need to stay overnight on the top of the mountain for the sunrise.
If you reach the site at around 09:00 and then start to climb later, you will reach the top at the late afternoon. You can go down by foot. The tour guide can be easily found locally, so do not worry about this issue. If you want one, you can just hire there.
