Is there a baggage counter in the HK airport if we want to go around the city before departure and does not want to go back to hotel?

You mean you want to find a baggage storage in the airport? If so, it is located on Level 3 of Terminal 2. It is in service from 05:30 in the morning to 01:30 at night, Monday to Sunday.
