Obtaining China Visa in Kuala Lumpur for Spanish passport holder

Hi,

I am Spanish passport holder and Spanish resident I am currently in Indonesia. I have to go to China due to business and I tried to apply in Jakarta, as I successfully did last year.
Unfortunatelly their regulations have changed and they can only do it for Indonesian citizens or residents.
I was wondering if I could get it in Kuala Lumpur.
As extra information Inwould like to add that I have only one blank page left on my passport, just in case that could be a problem.
Thanks and regards.

Hi, I am afraid you can not get it in KL as well because this is a workwide requirement for application in a third country. BTW, you should renew your passport first as they require at least 2 blank pages for application.
