buying tickets beijing west to xian north

Hello,I would be travelling by a High Speed Train from Beijing West to Xian North on 5th May 2014. Can I purchase the tickets through TCG NOW or do I need to purchase after 15th May, that is, 20 days before departure?  Can the tickets be delivered to a hotel?Din
