About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am a Jamaican citizen - Canadian immigrant and need to obtain C visa o join ship

need a C type one to join Royal Caribbean's Mariner of he Seas in Shanghai on May 17h, 2014. Can I obtain it on the same day I apply?

It depends on the embassy. According to what I know, the applicants have to acquire permission from the embassy if they want to use the rush service.
