About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Can I get single entry with three months F-1 visa in Korea?

hello. i am a Korean American. I am in China with one single entry for 6 moths f-1 M type that i got in New York. It is until August. I came in Shanghai for a cultural exchange program. I want to travel two weeks in Korea in May. If i leave, i was told that I need to get new one. I have an American passport. Hope to hear from you soon.

It's true that you need to apply a new one when you leave China for South Korea. But you can't apply for the new one in South Korea because you don't have the Alien's Card. You need to fly to Japan and apply there.
