About:China Visa on Arrival

can Thai citizens have visa on arrival to Shenzhen at Luohu Port on 18 Apr 2014?

Hi, no one here can ensure you with this, becuase the policy may change during Canton Fair. So you are advised to apply for a full Chinese visa in advance.
