plank walk on mt. huashan

Question

Hi, I really want to do the plank walk. Is the 6-7 hour hike the only possible way to do this? Or can I take the cable car half way up, and catch it from there. What is the best and shortest way to included this super cool adventure to my trip to the mountain?

Surely not. You can take the cable car to North Peak and then hike for around two hours to the Plank Road/Walk, which is really thrilling but worthy! Good luck!
