STEPS OR PROCEDURES FROM ARRIVAL IN GUANGZHOU AIRPORT GOING TO BAEJING ROAD IN LIDO HOTEL

we will be arriving at the BAIYUN GZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT at around 10 to 11 pm via cebu pacific on june 27,2014 .can you guide us on what steps or procedures to do starting from arrival going to the shutlle bus station and going to LIDO HOTEL in baejing road.thank you very much in advance if you can guide us step by step
