Kelly, I think you should prepare for the prescription made by your doctor if you plan to bring medicine into PRC. If you can't decide whether you should declare them, then go through the red channel and declare them. If there is anything wrong, they just confiscate your medicine. Don't worry! They won't fine you. However, if you don't declare, you will probably fined when they find out there is something wrong.
