buying calling card in beijing airportother transfer information

Hi, I would like to know if I can purchase a calling card that I can use at a pay phone once I get to Beiijing Airport to communicate with the school in Dongying where I will be teaching inside the airport? and if so will the instructions be in English. Also, if my flight arrives at 4:00 p.m. (once I go through customs 1/2 hr to an 1hr) what time would I catch the next bus? where is the location? how much does it cost? and does the bus have sufficient room for large piece of luggage?

There is a Mobile Communication Business Center in T3 and it opens 24 hours, so you can easily get a card in the airport if you follow the direction boards in the airport. The direction boards are all in both Chinese and English. For the next bus issue, would you mind tell me more detail information about it? Which bus do you want to take, airport shuttle bur or?
