Hi, I am currently studying abroad in Beijing on a X2 student. It is good for a year and it's multiple entry. I entered China in January and my semester ends in May. However, I have an internship with an internship program in Shanghai during the summer and I need to change to an M. I will be going back to the USA for a few weeks so I can go to the consulate in Houston and get the M (with all the necessary documents of course). Is it possible to cancel my X2 and get my M?
