Buying tickets

We would like to travel from Zhongshan to Zhuhai station on a Wednesday around 3 or 4 pm, is it necessary to book beforehand or could we buy tickets on the day?

There are many trains from Zhongshan to Zhuhai very day, so you can either book beforehand or buy the tickets on the day.
