I've ordered an item from aliexpress in 10 th IAN 2014 and was given tracking number rc469683044cn and parcel has not arrived can you tell me where it is and when it will arrive.Thank you.

It cannot be tracked yet, because it is a new parcel. Maybe it has been collected by the Post Office now!
