Suggest itinerary for Shanghai trip

I have been to SH several years ago for a short visit. Had been to Oriental Pearl Tower, The Bund, Xin Tian Di, Old SH Street, Yu Garden, Wu Zhen water town. This April (4Apr. - 8Apr.), I will be in there again - 5 days.
1. Could you suggest any other spots that is worthwhile visiting - which I could have missed?
2. Is this a good time to travel. How's the climate?
3.Where to eat & shop (not the pricey, branded ones!)
eg. Xiao Long Bao, SHnoodles, etc.

1. As you have visited the major attractions in the city, five days are too much this time! Then I suggest you take the cruise to enjoy the Huangpu River (night view is more pleasant), Jin Mao Towe near the Oriental Pearl Tower, Jade Buddha Temple, Happy Valley and Zhujiajiao Water Town. Two days are enough! Also you are advised to local Nanjing Road Pedestrian to enjoy! After that, you can spend one day in Suzhou and two days in Hangzhou for sightseeing!
2. It will be plesant to travel during that time. Sunny days are very likely to happen and the temperature shall range from 11℃ to 20℃.
3. For local snack and general shopping, you can go to the Temple of City God (Chenghuangmiao), where you can also find Nanxiang Xiao Long Bao.
