temporary belgian passport

Dear,I have a temporary Belgian passport because my passport was stolen.I got this passport at the Belgian consulate in Phnom Penh.Is it possible to travel to China with this temporary passport?Thank you very much.Kind regards,Katoo Peeters

Yes, it is ok, but you need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance from Chinese embassy.

Yes, flight ticket and hotel bookings are required for application.
