About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will arrive late at Beijing Capital Airport in the evening, will I be able to request my temporary driver's license or will the office be closed?

I'm afraid not. The vehicle administration office at the airport operates from 09:00 to 17:00, so you may miss it upon the late arrival!
