About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Is the Chinese Consulate-General in Odessa can help me to get visa? I'm Ukrainian

Yes, if you live in Nikolayev, Kherson, or Odessa.

2 years ago Consulate General in Odessa didn't help with this issues. You could only get your it through Kiev embassy. That's why I wonder did it change now or not
