About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Less than 24hours transit through Beijing airport

I am Togolese National with Swedish permanent resident permit. I have about 24 hours waiting transit through
BJ Airport. Its a long waiting time and i wish to enter and go round the city for a couple of hours. Do i need to apply for a Visa at the embassy of china or i can apply at the airport?

Hi, visa is not required for a transit less than 24 hours, but if you need to go out airport for sightseeing, you need to apply for a free Stay permit at the airport. Your passport and ticket for leaving are required.
