About:Tibet Travel Permit

Tibet Travel Permit Vs Air Tickets

It is stated that without travel permit, flight tickets cannot be issued. Travel permits normally issued two weeks prior to the entry to the region. Does this mean I cannot purchase my flight tickets earlier then 2 weeks?

I am afraid that there is no direct flight from Singapore to Lhasa. So you must refer to the domestic flights from other cities in China to Lhasa.

According to what I know, you can purchase the tickets. But you can't board the plane if you don't have the permit. Even you can board the plan, you can't exit Lhasa airport if you don't have the permit.

Bryant, I think you need to have all these things done by a qualified Chinese tour agency. According to what I know, TravelChinaGuide doesn't have any branch in Malaysia. However, you can submit your enquiry to them on this website.
