About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

British passport holder flying to Beijing via Hong Kong Travelling in China for 3 weeks dep H K

i am travelling to beijing via Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific They have booked me on a flight that arrives at 1305 local time travelling onto Beijing at 1400 local time Is this sufficient time to transfer?
I will be applying for a Chinese one but do i need to show this in HK or Beijing ?

I presume i will only need a Chinese single entry and No one for HK as i am a British passport holder

Yes, you enjoy free entry to HK, so only a Chinese single entry visa is enough for this trip, which is required when you arrive at Beijing airport.
