Tickets in advance for the Li River Cruise

Ni hoa everyone. does one of you guys know it its possible to get the cruise tickets in advance. and if yes where and how? ill arrive in guilin late night stay there overnight and want to take the boat next morning. but it will be on a public holiday so im affraid the tickets will be sold out. any idea how to solve that issue?
