HI! we will be arriving BJ international Airport at 11:30am. What is the best mode of transportation available for my family of 6 to Park Plaza Hotel Wangfujing

Since you have six people, you are advised to take the airport express to Dongzhimen Station and then change to subway line 2 to Yonghegong Station. Then change to subway line 5 to reach Dengshikou Station. Get out of the station from Exit C and then you can see your hotel easily.
