About:Beijing Travel

I am traveling from seoul to Beijing for a weekend to visit a friend with a British passport. Will I need a visa and if so which one?

Yes, you need a Tourist Visa and you need to provide your aliens registration card if you apply the visa in Seoul. If you do not have this card, you are advised to apply for the visa in Japan.

Ok yes I have that visa in seoul. So just a tourist visa thank you so much. Do you know where I can apply for that? Is it easy to do online?

You can apply through CVASC in Seoul (Seoul square). The application can not be done line, but you can use post service. The processing time by post is usually 10 working days.
