About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Shuttle Bus

Transfer between SHA and PVG

My flight from Tokyo arrives at SHA and I have 4.5 hours between arrival and my connecting flight to Delhi, which leaves from PVG. Is this enough time?

Yes, time is enough. You can take the shuttle bus to transfer between the two airports and it takes a little longer than an hour!
