Why isn't order moving from 51003100

i ordered something 3 weeks ago and it has been stuck in 51003100 for over a week now and i thought it would be here by now tracking is : RC482771300CN can anyone help me, and is there any way to contact where ever it is to see why it hasnt move?

If your parcel was processed according the normal procedure, there should be another update "Delivery to airport". A week is gone. Nothing appeared. I think you need ask the sender to check out what happened to your parcel.

thanks for your reply and theyre not very helpful on that front (ordered through dx) is there anything that i can do?
