Your parcel is still in Guanzhou. It usually takes around 30 days to reach Ireland if your parcel isn't delayed on the way.

Wow! I was not expecting that a small package of items ordered on the 31st of July was going to take 2 months to arrive Ireland. To be honest with you, I would not have ordered anything ever if I know it. Nobody has advised me about that kind of delay on the shipment.

What I do not really understand it why the package has been stuck in Guangzhou from the 17th to the 25th of August (8 days!?).

Well, I suppose this is a learning opportunity and I know what I will do next time.

Hi, Chus. It is hard to tell why the parcel was stuck in Guangzhou, but as I know, it is common for China Post. We have no better methods to waiting or returning the products directly.
I met it several times before, but finally I got my parcels back. So hope you can get your parcel in the end.
