The digits refers to Guangzhou. On Feb. 14, your parcel was dispatched in Guangzhou. It has been almost a week. Your parcel may have left China by now. I suggest you wait for another week and then tarck for more infor online.And it seems that all the parcels to Netherlands are delayed. Just be patient!
