which month with less rainy days - maysept for macau?

I am planning to visit that city this year (2014), am thinking to choose in between May or Sept? Looks like May is the rainiest but Sept is the typhoon season. Which month is more suitable as I am travelling with kids.

Well then, I suggest you travel in Oct. or Nov. when there will be less rainfall and temperature will be comfortable!
