monkey and rabbit, ok?

Hi, I am a monkey. I would like to know how well a monkey and rabbit maintains a relationship. We already plan for a marriage this July hopefully. And I also wanna know if I buy properties this will it be good? Or there is a downside for a monkey to own property this year. Can I succeeded in own a business with no money in my pocket?
