ox and tiger buying a house in 2014 number 47 is this a good idea?

To be honest, ox isn't lucky in their money matters this year. Ox should avoid high risky investment. Tiger is very lucky. They can profit if they invest smartly. So I think you can buy a house but you should be very careful with the contract issues.
