About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

transit time between T3 to T2 in Beijing Capital airport

Hi, land in Beijing (T3) with about 4hrs between next domestic flight to Xian (T2), is this enough time for transfer and check in/security? thanks.
