Expected weather in Shangrila on mid April.

Do i need to bring mt down jacket my visit on 8/4-10/4/14.Thank you.

According to the past weather forecast, it may rain a little during that time and is still a bit cold, with the temperature ranging from -2℃ to 14℃. Therefore, you may need to prepare thermal clothes, but down jacket seems not necessary!
