Can India passport holders get Visa on arrival in Shenzhen?

We are travelling to Hongkong & SZ on an Indian passport in May'14. Can we get visa on arrival in SZ or can we apply for the visa in Hongkong. We will be staying in Hongkong for 4 nights & 5 days

You can apply one, but it is not sure that you can get one.

It is suggested to apply for in your own country to make sure, you can have one before coming to China.

No, Chiense Visa to Indian in HK or at China Border on arrival is not available, you need to get chinese VISA in India
