Pakistani needing visa: I have got Chinese one....whats the procedure to get Hk one?

You should apply from the HK Immigration department directly. Here is the mail address:

Of course not. There is no VOA for Pakistani in HK. If you travel or transit in HK, then you should apply for a visitor type.1
