how to get china visa for foreiginer who live in yangon?

Dear Sir/Madam,My name is lily. I would like to know about how to apply for foreigner who live in Yangon. And then I need to know required document, processing, duration and visa fee. And also would like to know if they have to do it themselves or someone can apply on their behalf. I am looking forward your reply.Thank you.

You should apply from Chinese embassy in Yangon. Which type are you going to apply? The requirements are a bit different. How many entries are you going to apply? I think you should specify it clearly. Yes, you can appoint your friends, families or even agencies to apply on your behalf. Apart from the basic requirements, you should provide your legal visa in Myanmar, Foreigner Registration certificate, last entry record, round-trip or connecting air tickets etc.
