About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

proof of hotel reservation. I am applying for L Visa.

Hi,
I read that the embassy requires a proof of hotel reservation. My friend's uncle booked the hotel through wechat so there is no electronic copy but rather a text message as a confirmation. Would that suffice for the proof or what other documents would you require if this is not sufficient.

If the text message clearly specify you are going to stay in that hotel, then there shouldn't be a problem. If not, he can ask the hotel to provide you a letter of confirmation. It's easy~.
