i have a 5hr layover from 6pm to 11pm in guangzhou airport. what should we do?

I will have 2 children traveling with me. Are there any showers to freshen up before our next flight? Is there free wifi to entertain the children?Thank you

The showers are only available in the First class passenger's lounges and some VIP lounges. For other passengers, I am not very sure whether they can use or not. It is suggested to consult with the airport staff directly. The wifis is available in the airport, so your kids can surf the internet.
