About:China Visa

For the 72 h free visa,is Hongkong considered as a 3rd country????

can I fly from Kuala Lumpur to Hongkong via Shanghai and enjoy free transit for 2 day stop over in Shanghai?

Yes, HK is ok as a third region concerning this free transit.
