European apply Chinese Visa in Spain

Hi, I am a European, working in Gibraltar and living in Spain. I plan to visit China. But have no idea about application, should I apply it in Madrid or London? if in Madrid, what kind of materials do i need? is it in person? or by post?

Looking forwards to your reply.

Kind Regards,

You can apply in Madrid with document showing your working status or residence status there. You can either apply in person or by post from CVASC.
